Utforska rörelse, kropp och teknik genom Physical Floorwork med Mireia – en fysisk och kreativ workshop som anpassas efter er som deltar. Fördjupa dig sedan i kroppens möjligheter genom Acrobatics Workshop med Alberto – en lekfull och metodisk ingång till akrobatik där fokus ligger på säkerhet, styrka och kroppskännedom.\

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP - PHYSICAL FLOORWORK with MIREIA PIÑOL\
A physical floorwork workshop to explore and reconnect with your body. Participants will discover which techniques suit their anatomy for safe, injury-free practice. We will review basic floor work techniques, thorough exercises and experimentation, and progress to more advanced routines, compositions, or tricks. A pre-workshop questionnaire will tailor the session to individual goals, creating a safe, creative, and personalized experience for rediscovering, refining, and leveling up your technique or even trying the impossible floor work trick you always wanted to do.\

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP - ACROBATICS WORKSHOP with ALBERTO FELICIATE\
The workshop will focus on how to clean, keep and/or improve your acrobatic vocabulary, while enjoying the process.\
When I teach I try to: \\
have a clear but respectful communication \\
use the movement as tool to build the games and progressions\\
find the strengths and weaknesses areas of the body of the participants
We will do games going from the bases of different kind of acrobatics to make all the participants have a safe, clear and useful process.
ABOUT MIREIA\
I am Mireia Piñol, multidisciplinary dance and circus artist from Barcelona, currently based in Stockholm. Co-director of In2iT with Alberto Feliciate, with whom I have collaborated since 2008, we fuse movement, acrobatics, technique and creation to explore new artistic intersections. Our production works are poetic, physical, and visually striking, blending dance, circus, design, rigg and illusionism to inspire, challenge, and move audiences. We create through the lens of motion, emotion, and hopefully, change. The core of our pedagogy is motivation, physicality, and longevity.\

ABOUT ALBERTO\
I have been using my body since I was a kid as acrobat, first in gymnastics, after in circus and as stunt for films and live shows. When I was 16 an injury in my back made me stop all my activities. But after one year of research and hard work I could start again to use my body to do those activities that I loved. I started my pedagogic path at the age of 16 teaching gymnastics for the team that I was part of. \
Since then I connected my 2 big passions that have been guiding my life; the pedagogy and how to take care of the body through movement. I am 50 and still teaching and moving my body.\
